La Cuarta Urgent Care Cancellation Policy

At La Cuarta Urgent Care, we value your time and are committed to providing every patient with timely, compassionate care. Because our services are appointment-only, every time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

To maintain fairness and ensure access for all patients:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
   

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $75 late cancellation fee.
   

• Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full visit fee.
   

We understand that emergencies happen. In rare circumstances, if you must cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, please call us immediately. Exceptions will only be considered at the discretion of management.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this policy. This allows us to better serve our patients by keeping appointment times available for those in need of care.
